As a mental health therapist who has years of professional experience, I specialize in pervasive or specific life traumas which are treated through a Somatic Experiencing, using a whole body and nervous system approach. This treatment modality is also effective for those suffering with anxiety, stress, depression, adjustment problems and other mental health addictions. I am licensed in Montana and Alaska and I am able to accept insurance from those states.
